Rich and Brandy are truly fantastic agents who approach their profession with enthusiasm! We started searching for a home in 2007 when the market was high-priced and competitive, a daunting market for a first-time home-buyer to walk into. But, team Senecal walked us through the process one step at a time and made the whole experience smooth and manageable. They readily shared their expertise for every little question we had. They honestly cared to get us the best value for our price range, and didn’t hesitate to tell us if they thought a place wasn’t a good fit. Since our purchase in 2007, they have continued their relationship with us as home experts, checking in every now and then to see how the house is. This winter they even took the time to stop by just to put insulation covers on our external faucets so our pipes didn’t freeze!

Sold a home in 2005.
I've bought and sold houses with Rich and Brandy for years. Not only are they my real estate team of choice but they have become close friends as well. They have guided my wife and I through this rough economy by providing sound advise and knowledge for our future home plans. I would highly recommend "Team Senecal" for any buyer or seller in Washington but especially the Greater Puget Sound.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Bothell, WA.
Even in a very competitive market, Rich was able to find us the perfect house at exactly the price we hoped to pay, and did everything he could to help us win the bidding war AND make sure we closed on time. We couldn't be happier with our new home, but if we decide to buy/sell in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to use Rich again.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Snohomish, WA.
My wife and I hired Rich and Brandy to help us sell our condo when we were relocating out of Snohomish, WA.
At the time back in 2011, it was still completely a buyer's market, and we would not have chosen to sell, except that our HOA had voted to impose a rental cap on our community, which took away any option we had of renting out our property.
Realizing that time was of the essence Rich and Brandy found us an all cash buyer who appreciated the unique characteristics of our home, namely that it was a single story, handicapped accessible/designed unit.
We were able to close in just a little over a month, with a sales price that ended up being above--and still is I might add--what comparable units were selling for in our community.
Throughout the transaction Rich and Brandy were incredibly responsive, and during the listing process they were a tremendous help, working together with my wife to beautifully stage our home, ensuring it would be a quick sale.
It is highly likely that I will be looking to buy in the Greater Seattle Area again within the next few years and I will definitely be giving Rich and Brandy a call when I do.
If you have a home you're looking to sell, or if you're looking to buy in the near future, I would definitely recommend that you give Rich and Brandy a call as well--you will be glad you did!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Stockdale Estates, Bakersfield, CA.
Wow!!! Brandy and Rich worked hard to get our price and they were successful. Brandy, with her contacts,effected timely repairs and beautifully staged the property. Rich's vision and negotiating skills brought home the deal. It sold in 2 days. We are so pleased to have worked with the Senecals in selling our Seattle home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $375K in South Juanita, Kirkland, WA.
Rich and Brandy were so easy to work with and made the entire process a breeze! They were very responsive and quick to show m husband and I houses we were interested in and very informative about the process. I know we got a great deal and everything we asked for because Rich was there negotiating for us. After we bought the house, Rich was quick to help us rent out or condo!
The home buying process can be stressful, but a lot less so when you have Rich and Brandy working for you!

Rich Senecal is a great agent and we highly recommend him. He brought
us all the way through the home buying process and
made things simple and easy. We were first time home buyers, buying a
home from out of state. What we appreciated most was his availability and
his informed answers to questions. If he wasn't sure of something he
would research it and get back to us right away. We were unable to be in
town for the inspection process and Rich met with the inspector for us.
He later gave us a detailed account of how the inspection went and what
needed to happen. We love our home in Woodinville, WA and feel so much
gratitude towards Rich and Brandy for making our home purchase
transaction go smoothly. We feel confident in referring their services to
family and friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Bonney Lake, WA.
Working with Rich was a great!! My wife and I were searching for a first home together this past year and it wasn't so great until we got the right real estate agent. We had went through a couple agents before meeting Rich and his wife. Rich worked extensively to keep the price range I was looking to purchase in. After a dozen houses we found our home and our price range. Working with Rich was a great first time home buying experience and would recommend him to everyone I talk with.
