Bought a home in 2011.

Summary:

Working with Rich and Jan was a great experience. They are very knowledgable for Thousand Oaks, CA area and very patient in terms of working with a client. Very prompt in thier responsiveness.

As a buyer's agent, I would have liked them to help us negotiate better deal though. Didn't show as many foreclosed or short sale homes as we would have liked given the market conditions.

Overall we had a positive experience with them and will surely work with them again.…More Less
