Bought a home in 2012.
Richard helped us find our first investment property. On several occasions we asked Richard to show us multiple properties. Richard was pleasant to work with and very low pressure. If you are looking for someone who is willing to take time and work with you, consider working with Richard.

Helped me rent a home.
Richard was the only real estate agent that gave me both an immediate and positive response. Although my initial contact was on a property no longer available, Richard jumped in to ask what I was looking for and how he could help. He then selected a list of properties that were EXACTLY what I told him, scheduled all properties I wanted to see in a perfect and short timing. It only took an hour and a half of my time and we'd found the perfect house. He then did the initial negotiation and got EXACTLY what I asked for plus made a wonderful connection with the other real estate agent allowing me to do additional negotiations. I would HIGHLY recommend him, it was the experience I would love to have with every real estate agent but was the first time I felt totally listened to and got exactly what I wanted!

Richard is very quick to respond to all inquiries/questions in a most professional and courteous manner at all times. He is thorough in researching all properties meeting my requirements and I would highly recommend him.

Bought a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2013 for approximately $50K in Clayton, NC.
Richard was ready to help in what ever way we needed. He also was quick to return out calls when there was a question or concern. Thanks to Richard we were able to get our bid in and get the home we were after. Thanks Richard !!

Richard is very friendly and helpful. He is patiently working with me to find a place that fits my needs. He is quick to return calls, and answer questions, and promptly sets up showings that fit within my schedule when I request to view properties. I have enjoyed working with Richard over the past three months, and I look forward to working with him in the future as I continue through the home buying process.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Raleigh, NC.
We have known Richard for several years. Because of our company's relocation program with a different agency we were not able to list our home with him. Nonetheless, he has been very helpful addressing issues and active in directing traffic to us, sometimes through other buyers agents. Richard is always professional and easy to talk to. He always answers the phone or returns calls quickly. If he does not have the answer he will say so, research it and get back to us. We will definitely work with him on our next opportunity.
