Bought a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $275K in West San Jose, San Jose, CA.
As a first-time home buyer, I was delighted to have worked with Richard to acquire my first property. He is extremely knowledgeable yet very patient to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He is not pushy at all and enjoyed showing me properties without pressuring me to sign an offer. He always asked me to think it over carefully before making an offer. I highly value Richard?s professionalism and thoughtfulness for his clients? best interest, instead of his own. When I finally decided to buy the property, Richard went all his way to negotiate with the listing agent. With his excellent negotiation skills, it turned out to be a win-win situation and both the seller and the buyer were happy. In the following days Richard took care of everything needed to close escrow, ranging from mortgage to inspection. I the buyer rested care-free and was able to focus on my daily job. Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $900K in Cupertino, CA.
I worked with many realtors and Richard is absolutely the best! I was so delighted to have the opportunity to work with him to purchase my first home, as well as my first investment property 1 year later. Richard is very knowledgeable and has excellent people skills. He keeps clients' best interest in mind, and tries his best to negotiate with the seller on fair terms. Buying a home with Richard turned out to be not stressful at all.
