Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Schaghticoke, NY.
Richard was our agent when my wife and I bought our home almost 4 years ago. We had never bought a house before and knew nothing about the process. Richard walked us through every step. After looking at a few houses he got a feel for what kind of house we actually wanted and was able to pinpoint better listings for us.
