As many other individuals throughout this horrific economic environment, I need to sell my house. Through family I was introduced to Kandis and Richard, and it quite literally was THE SILVERLINING. In quick order their openness, friendly demeanor and expertise where overwhelmingly inviting and trustworthy. Richard financial stewardship and Kandis' ability to see the maximum potential in creating a neutral inviting layout within the house was fantastic. They were constantly available, friendly and above all extremely competent in the Real Estate transactions and legal regulations, even more than would be expected from "JUST" and agent representing either a purchaser or seller. I would highly recommend this dynamic team to assist anyone with their real estate needs. They are competent, well connected, experienced and remain current with all the constant changes within this world that takes the dedication, commitment and drive to make this and relationship, not just business as normal.
