Excellent, trustworthy real estate professional. With Richard as my agent, I have bought and sold property in Decatur and each time the transaction went smoothly due to his expertise. Because Richard deals exclusively with property in the Decatur area and knows the area quite well, his recommendations and advice are right on target. He has an excellent rapport with community business associates and is very prompt with handling inquiries and documents usually within 24 hours. Richard Reid helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgable about the area, market, and buying process. I had a very specific style in mind when I started looking and Richard was able to come through with a great property. He was very responsive during the "searching" phase and was able to show me properties within a day of finding one (if not day of!). I highly recommend Richard to anyone buying a new home!

I stubble across richard when looking for a house for my girl. when i start looking for myself and found what i wanted, he made it happen. he had me closed in a month like he promised from the jump pluse he has the hook up from a ton of contractor to do work on your home

Richard was amazing to deal with - I felt he was invested in making sure that I was able to land a great home and feel welcomed into the neighborhood. He absolutely went above and beyond for me and I feel that he'd be an asset to any homebuyer or renter. He was responsive, really listened to what I wanted and worked with the other agent to make sure my needs were met. I can't recommend working with him highly enough. I've been recommending him to family and friends since I worked with him in February and, if I ever need a real estate agent again, he will be my first choice!
