Rich has a great wealth of knowledge of Montclair and the surrounding area. He is always a phone call or email away to answer questions or schedule a quick meetup. We are 100% satisfied with the work Rich did to help us buy our great house.

09/26/2012 - JackpkSold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $725K in Montclair, NJ.
Rich knows the Montclair area very well, the market value of the area's homes and has a realistic approach to marketing and selling. He is trustworthy and reliable with very quick feedback.
He orchestrated the marketing and the sale of our home in a tough market - with satisfactory results for all. I recommend him and his brokerage.

If it wasn't for Richard we would not have found our dream home. His family's realty business dates back 90 years and we felt very comfortable trusting Richard in our quest to find our first home in an area in which he grew up and has his own kids in school. Together we navigated several multiple bidding situations, and during several dozen home viewings Richard's patience never wore thin. He was always in touch without delay, always flexible and always ready to act as our trusted adviser when things got dicey. We would most certainly use his services again and highly recommend him to others.
