James and his group were awesome. We were moving to Richmond with no local knowledge at all, and James made the process as easy as it could have been. We gave him a list of our priorities, and he took that list and gave came up with a list of potential candidates. We did not find anything on the first weekend or even the second that was a homerun (we saw 40 houses with him in 2 weekends but none were quite "it"), and James was not deterred or pushy at all and even had the idea to go back to his office quickly to adjust come criteria before we had to leave town. We ended up finding the house that we both knew immediately was "it" in that last group, and if it would not have been for James and his tenaciousness we would have never found it.
James and his entire group also made the negotiation and subsequent post contract processes a breeze, and went out of his way to go to bat for us on several occasions. I have bought and sold several houses in my career, and I can say without a doubt that James and his group made the entire process as fun and painless as possible.
