Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Brentwood, CA.
Rick is unlike many realtors who I have met in my life. He and his agency have your best interests in mind. Rick sold my underwater home within days. However, my mortgage company suggested I go through the modification process. The process took 7 months and now I am able to keep my home. Rick and his agency were patient and helpful during the entire process. I would recommend him based solely on his patience and customer service skills. He truly wants to assist. We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Knightsen, Brentwood, CA 94513
Rick responded quickly to my request and showed me the house I requested. He also followed up with me and gave me all the paperwork I needed. He did not really go above and beyond to see if there was any other house I might want to see. However he did his job well. I did not choose that house because it was not a great fit for my family but he did an ok job.…More Less
