Rick runs his business based on integrity and looking out for the best interests of his client. He only works with buyers. This is what separates him from the rest. He is a specialist. With Rick you know you will have someone that is helping you make the best decision, based on your unique goals. He has amazing negotiation credentials and experience. His negotiation skill helped us to get a great price for the condo we really wanted. He was a pleasure to work with, always professional and helpful. We are recommending RICK TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Schaumburg, IL.

Rick was an ideal agent for a first-time buyer like myself. More than just touring a list of properties, Rick looked at each one and was up front about potential problems as well as things that sound like a problem to a first-time buyer but are really minor. During the offer process, Rick proved himself a strong negotiator who was able to get a great deal. Post-offer, he has a wealth of contacts for other steps in the process that were very knowledgeable. One thing that stands out about Rick and his network is their accessibility and their willingness to talk at any time with the client.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Vernon Hills, IL.

Rick exceeded our expectations and allowed us to obtain a short sale town home in Vernon Hills which had great upgrades, and at a price that is a lot less than existing listed property with the same features. Rick was persistent in the pursuit of my goals, working with us for almost two years to help us get a great deal on a great property, exactly what we were looking for. He was always on time, and always very patient. He was very responsive to e-mails and phone calls. Because he was a specialist, and always on our side, we felt very at ease throughout the entire process. I plan on referring Buyer Broker Chicagoland to friends and relatives, and people I bump into that need a good agent, when purchasing a property.

Sold a home in 2013.

Buyer Broker Chicagoland did a fantastic job for us. Rick negotiated a great price that was about double the average price off for the Arlington Heights area. Rick helped us throughout the whole process all the way to the close. Rick was incredibly responsive to all our our questions and needs (sometimes even as late as 11 PM). Looking at the seller's agent during the close, it was clear Rick was way better. We highly recommend them, and will be referring them to friends, family and others.

Bought a home in 2005 in Streamwood, IL 60107.

Rick was very good at showing us homes that were "on target" in terms of what we were looking for. He found us an amazing house for an amazing price, and had the seller address the majority of the home inspection issues that we wanted with credits and fixes. We are not keeping Buyer Broker Chicagoland a secret - and gladly referred them with happy results! George and Laurie

Bought a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $300K in Crystal Lake, IL.

I found Rick Hauser and Buyer Broker Chicagoland when my spouse and I were in the market to purchase the home that we're still living in in Crystal Lake. This was the 2nd time that I used a buyer broker to purchase a home. I cannot overemphasize enough the personal touch that Rick brought to our buying experience. He didn't pressure us to buy anything we didn't want. He was there to provide input as to what he thought might be good homes & touches in the homes we looked at based on our face-to-face interview before the buying process even started. Rick is one of the best listeners I have ever met because he knew what we liked when he showed the houses to us. The home we bought was listed at over 300k & he negotiated the price down significantly AND got a washer, dryer, and snowblower thrown in along with some repair work that needed to be done. And at closing he went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We were adamant that we didn't want to live in an area with a homeowners association. However, for the first time at closing, we were made aware that the home was part of an association. That almost broke the deal. Everyone was scrambling with the county to find out what it was all about and it took nearly 3 hours to find out that it, apparently, was an inactive association. To make a long story short, Rick literally spent all day with us and postponed a couple of appointments that he had to stay with us. Rick's knowledge of the buying process, his commitment to his clients, and his ability to negotiate won my admiration. And his commitment after closing has been just as impressive. He still periodically sends offers unrelated to his broker business such as dinners and shows. Do yourself a BIG favor and use Rick Hauser and Buyer Broker Chicagoland. I promise that you will NOT be disatisfied.

Bought a home in 2010 in Jefferson Park, Chicago, IL 60630.

We used Rick when we were looking to buy a house in the city of Chicago. We liked that as a buyer broker, he was truly helping us get the best deal he could on the properties we liked and wasn't trying to convice us to pay a higher price just to 'seal the deal.' He was always very quick to respond to our emails or phone calls and to set up viewings. His negotiation skills were very impressive and helped us get a very good price on the home we bought. The only thing he could be better at is his knowledge of the neighborhood trends and CTA/train access of the area, but we researched those ourselves and it wasn't a huge deteriment to us.

I have recommended him to my friends and family and I while I'm happy in my home for now, the next time I buy - I'm calling Rick.

Showed home in 2011 in Evanston, IL 60201.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Rick Hauser. I would especially recommend him to first-time home buyers, because he really takes the time to explain all the steps, provides completely unbiased advice, and is SOOO patient when it comes to dealing with all the nitty-gritty details of a home-buying transaction. (Not to mention that he will visit every single home you are considering with you -- pretty amazing.) I have heard a lot of people complain that they felt "rushed" through the process or buying a home, or that they knew their agent just wanted to close the deal so (s)he could make his/her cut. Not so with Rick -- he is completely meticulous, honest, unbiased, and patient through every single stage of the process. I would highly recommend him. He's also great with kids (our daughter LOVES him), so if you have to look at many homes with young children (often very taxing for little kids), he will be a good fit for your family. (We haven't yet closed on a house, but we are very close -- and again, I see absolutely zero impatience on his part.)
