Bought a home in 2012.
Risk went above and beyond in helping us find a second home. He had knowledge of cal neighborhoods, the local market and which areas would best suit our needs. He got to know us and we did not waste time looking where he knew we wouldn't be interested. After the offer he kept us informed and even made a trip to the house to help meet with inspectors to make closing the deal go more smoothly. He knew who to recommend to help us move in and even checked on the home after a wind storm when he knew we wouldn't be down.
