Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Liberty Township, OH.
Rick was a great agent. He was very accomodating to our schedules, willing to meet outside of normal business hours and was always willing to take a call from us to help us with whatever issue we had. He also helped us post closing with a few loose ends once we moved in. He was willing to explain every step of the process to keep us fully informed during the home buying process.

Bought a home in 2012.
Rick was very responsive to us. We viewed many homes and purchased a home in a very short period of time.
Rick has an excellent knowledge of the market, and at the same time has a very good knowledge of building specs and issues to look for in a house.
I felt that he provided the expertise of a Realtor, but at the same time had the knowledge as well of an inspector.

Bought a home in 2013.
Can't believe our blessings in finding this fellow, I replied to a listing on zillow, and rick got back with me within the first half hours, he is the most kind, concientious, and professional agent I have ever met. My search is a difficult one, but Rick listens to what I needed, sure like any agent he wants to sell homes, but not unless the home is a perfect fit and he will move mountains to help, mine is a special needs, pretty set price range, but need a house that can be modified for handicapped accessibility, I know we have looked at near 30 houses, driven miles, Rich is the most patitent, friendly agent I have ever met in my whole life, I have bought and sold 5 houses and never have had such a wonderful agent, Rick will work 100% for you wether selling your home or finding you one., He is compassionate about finding the perfect fit for you. If anyone ever asks me if I know a good agent, I will tell them I know the best of the best. thanks so much Rick you are a rare man with a genuine heart for people. thanks zillow for making it possible for us to meet rick, our life time agent and friend for life.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Blanchester, OH.
Rick came on board during my divorce to help me find an affordable new home . The court had ordered my ex- and I to sell the house we owned jointly and split the profit . This gave me about half of what I had invested my past small farm to re-invest in a new one . Rick was extremly patient with me traveling between 20 and 30 miles one way to look over properties . He managed to stay professional but at the same time explained the pros and cons of each property . Rick went to great lenght to educate me on the cuurent market by giving me websites and sending web pages through emails to help me make smart desisions . Over the year it took to find what I wanted and could afford he was unwavering in his help and assistance . By the time he took me to look at my present home I was not nearly the novice buyer I was when we first met . I could not have hoped for a better person to work with and in the end considered Rick Vaughn to be a good friend and a wise and experienced Realtor . I can't imagine anyone not feeling the same after working with him . He was at times painfully honest when needed and always had a positive additude toward each encounter . No matter how busy Rick was he managed to make me feel as if he always had time for my endless questions and phone calls and I found that amazing and reassuring .

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 in Clarksville, OH.
Rick was able to sell our house during a tough time in real estate. He offered good ideas to help sell our house. Rick has a great network for drawing perspective buyers. Rick didn't disappear after the sale. He made sure all was well with us and offered help in our move to Georgia. A year after the sale I needed documents of the sale and Rick seemed to have them at his finger tips.
He's good man and I wouldn't hesitate to list any of my other properties with Rick.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Mason, OH.
Rick was extremely helpful to me in my recent home search. He really knows the area and was able to find homes that suited my needs and were in my price range. He was always available to answer questions and was prompt with his responses.
I would highly recommend Rick to anyone in the Cincinnati area looking to buy or sell a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 in Clarksville, OH.
Our house had been listed for three years with 3 or 4 other agents. We
received no offers and few lookers.
We listed with Rick and in 3 weeks, we had two buyers bidding against one another
and we sold to the highest offer. We also received a higher price than the other agents were asking.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $50K in Madisonville, Cincinnati, OH.
I have known Rick for approximately 2 years, within this time I have sought after his advice in real estate and other related areas within his field of expertise.
Last November 2011 I brought my first property. The process was a very smooth experience and honest. Rick negotiated & conversed with 3 other sources, regarding the property and managed to do this in the utmost professional manner. After the sale I still converse with Rick on a regular basis, I find his knowledge and his ability to share this knowledge a great asset!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Lebanon, OH.
Rick has helped us with property sales and purchases for more than 10 years. He is honest and professional, both traits we demand. When pressed by difficult situations, he has worked through the issues better than any other realtors we had used in our past. We always think our current residence is our last - then changes hit. Rick has understood and made things go better. I can't imagine using anyone else.
