Summary:

We worked with Rick to purchase our new home. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. We had a rather unpleasant experience during our 1st home purchase, so we were very nervous this time around. Rick kept us very informed during the process and answered any and all questions we had. From the 1st day when we went looking for homes his responsiveness was overwhelming. I don't think he ever sleeps because no matter what time I sent him a question he responded quickly.
