Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Golden Glades - The Woods, Jacksonville, FL.

We were first time homebuyers will ZERO information or knowledge on the process. Rick was more than happy to share all the information that we needed, and then some. I feel very prepared if we were ever to need to buy another home. It took us four months to find something that we loved -- and Rick was always available to look at more properties. We ended up buying a new construction home (which I had overlooked at the onset of our search) because RIck went into such detail about the benefits of buying in new construction.
