Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Golden Glades - The Woods, Jacksonville, FL.
We were searching for six months before we found our new home. Rick was very patient and helpful during the whole process pointing us in the right direction when questions arose.

Showed home in 2013.
We were first time homebuyers will ZERO information or knowledge on the process. Rick was more than happy to share all the information that we needed, and then some. I feel very prepared if we were ever to need to buy another home. It took us four months to find something that we loved -- and Rick was always available to look at more properties. We ended up buying a new construction home (which I had overlooked at the onset of our search) because RIck went into such detail about the benefits of buying in new construction. The process has been nerve-wracking, but once we found the one, we were closing in a month!

Bought a home in 2013.
Rick was very helpful, patient and easy to contact. We went through 9 months of ups and downs and a few upsets. But Rick was always there to show us properties, even at the last minute. We finally found the perfect house and it was a smooth transition to home ownership!

I highly recommend Rick to anyone that is looking for a house. He helped me buy a house in record time even thought the house was short sale. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Girvin, Jacksonville, FL.
My husband and I were very pleased with the service Rick provided during the short sale of our home. This was a long thought out and sad decision for us, he not only worked with our mortgage company to resolve all issues but also the buyer, and his lender. His determination to get the our home sold and closed was above and beyond what we expected. We highly reccomend him. He is a realtor that provides complete service from start to finish.

Bought a home in 2012.
We bought a condo for approximately $85000 in Wolf Creek, Jacksonville, FL in June 2012. Rick was great to work with. We were stressing out about the whole process but Rick made our buying experience so simple, enjoyable and stress free. He never pushed us for any property that we did not like. He was always calm and was able to answer any questions we had. Rick made himself available to us whenever we needed. He found us a great condo for a much lower price than we expected. We are very happy with the services that he provided. Now we are working with him to buy another condo. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and gentleman. We highly recommend Rick.
