Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Redmond, WA.Summary:
We have worked with Ron Waxman for multiple sales and purchases over the years and he has been fantastic. On this latest purchase and sale, we worked with Ron and with Ricklie Stone as well. This was a particularly challenging purchase and sale as we had a quick turnaround, quite a bit of last minute staging on the sale, last minute travel in our family, etc. Ricklie and Ron assisted us all through the process and were very responsive to requests for help. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $700k in Admiral, Seattle, WA.Summary:
My husband and I recently relocated to Seattle with my company and had the pleasure of working with both Ricklie and Ron to find our new home in West Seattle. We had one home finding trip prior to the move--both Ricklie and Ron planned out our days based on the telephone conversation prior. We were delighted that they had listened to our every request on the wish list and then toured us through neighborhoods and homes that matched our needs and gave us an idea of the area and what we could expect in our price range. We kept in contact and when we moved to Seattle quickly set up a home finding tour our first day! We were relatively new to the Seattle area at the time and she took us all around the area - even when she knew the neighborhood would not be to our liking, she patiently showed us the home anyways so we could get a good sense firsthand of the true nature of different parts of the city.
Ricklie helped us feel good about our financial range and showed us the full range of what was available that we could afford. She helped us understand all of the details of the process, spent extra time writing a letter to the sellers on our behalf, and consoled us when our first offer was not accepted. We ALWAYS felt safe and well-represented by Ricklie.
The best part is the story continues - we are still friends with Ricklie today and in touch regularly. A year or so after we bought our home she spent time talking with my father about the possibilty of buying a rental property and what the market was like for that. When our crawl space flooded after the sump pump stopped working she was immediately in touch and recommended an amazing and honest plumber that we could work with. And here and there when we get the idea that we'd like to buy a rental property ourselves she is always available to show us a house and help analyze the pros and cons of the endeavor.
I HIGHLY recommend Ricklie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She goes the extra mile for her clients, is extremely responsive, and very honest and forthcoming.
