He provided buyer prospects that were an excellent fit to my purposes in selling and he provided incredible references for services needed in selling and closing ( for example his top of the line attorney reference which i used in closing). Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Peekskill, NY.Summary:
We bought a house from Igor and later needed an appraiser with local knowledge to grieve the taxes. We were able to negotiate a price for the house which was much less than expected. When it was time to find an appraiser, Igors team brought such value to the process!!! We rec'd a 1/3 reduction in taxes all due to the extraordinary work of the appraiser - and that was without a "middle man" that would take a good portion of the savings.
