Igor reassured us that our house was perfectly sellable when we thought it was too run down to sell without significant renovations. He said he could sell it as is, and he did. There was a buyer within three days of being put up for sale. Most impressive was the brilliant photography with which Igor's photographer staged our home. This presentated our home in the best possible light which greatly facilitated the sale. Finally, when I feared the sale would fall through because of delay in the process on the buyer's end, including some concerns with the buyer's financing, Igor was on the phone with me at once reassuring me that all was well and would work out well in the end.
