Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Redlands, CA.
The 5 star review is not an exaggeration. Of the many agents and contractors I had to work with to buy a home, Rita was by far my favorite. The first time I met her, she spent nearly an entire day showing us around every area of Redlands, and discussed in detail all the pros and cons of each area and house we looked at. Through the whole process of searching and buying, she kept us well informed, kept our best interests in mind and answered e-mails and phone calls within minutes or hours, instead of days or weeks like a lot of other agencies. When we finally found the home we bought, it was because Rita personally called me to say that it just showed up on the market and it had the specifications we were looking for. She is extremely hard-working, honest and responsive, and I give her my highest recommendation as a Real Estate Agent.

Rita was great! Looking at houses with her was very fun and helpful. Her contracting/construction experience brought a whole new perspective into the search for a house, and it was very helpful. She also has many wonderful contacts that she introduced us to along the way. We met so many quality people that we will be referring friends to as often as we can, with Rita being one of the most excellent.
We looked for a long time to find a house, and made many offers. The market was very competitive in our price range. Through the whole process Rita was very patient with us and very helpful. Something that we will never forget was that Rita fought for us to get our house. We kept getting beat out by big investors, and she wrote a wonderful email emphasizing the importance of getting families into homes rather than just investors.
Buying a house can be very stressful, but when surrounded by such great company it is actually a very pleasant experience!

There are no words to describe my experience with Rita. I have never meant anyone with more integrity & honesty . I could not have chosen a more competent, loving knowledgeable person to go through this process with . I never had to call her , she always kept me informed on what was going on & even came to my work for documents to be signed, she worked tirelessly for me & my family . As a first time homeowner, her expertise was so invaluable that it relieved so much stress for me . I know without a doubt I could not have endured this process without her. Rita is the best!. We are first time home buyers and Rita led us through every step of the way, made us comfortable with the process, and helped us find the perfect new home! Rita is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and can find the right house for anyone. She knows so much about house conditions and repairs that we were confident that we wouldn't get stuck with a "money pit". From the first time we met Rita it felt like we were working with a long time friend. I am 100% positive that Rita is the best broker/agent in the area, we were so lucky and grateful to have her on our team. Thank you so much Rita!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Redlands, CA.
Rita helped us purchase the home of our dreams. She stuck by through thick and thin and was always there to keep our hopes high when we went through a difficult task. Rita answers he phone at all times of the day and never makes you feel uncomfortable to ask even the most basic questions. We have gotten to know Rita very well because it took us 8 long months to find the home of our dreams at just the right price. Her background as a contractor helps her to show the good and bad in a house, especially with all the cheaply finished flip homes. I would highly recommend Rita to anyone.

Rita Shaw is absolutely the best Broker/Realitor we have ever dealt with. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we wanted to live in. She made a great effort to understand the type of house we were looking for and show us only homes that meant our criteria. She helped us find a mortgage lender (Key Resource Mortgage in Redlands) that was outstanding in service. She helped us find quality contractors to help us with some of the improvement we needed to make in our new home. Bought a home in 2013.
She helped us buy our first home. If you want an agent who is NOT into frilly conversations with overflowing superficial greetings then she is the one. She was always on time for our meeting. We loved that. Although our interaction with her was for a very short time we learned quite a few things about a new house from her. Thanks Rita!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 in Redlands, CA.
There are very few people on the planet with as much knowledge and integrity as a Rita Shaw. She is the real deal. Her general contractor knowledge is a huge advantage of her over other Realtors.. I am a real estate broker and MAI appraiser and I rely heavily on Rita's opinion on local real estate. I sometimes hire her as a Realtor when I could do it myself, because she is so GOOD.
