Rita was the only agent responding to a request for an agent that was familiar with the area we lived in. She responded in a timely manner, discussed our desires/needs and things that needed to be done to expidite the sale of our home.

When we finally received bids regarding our property, she made good suggestions regarding the sale and any thoughts of counter offers.

With the housing market still not as robust as we would like, she was able to move our former home in less than 6 months and we still got a reasonable return on our home.
