I have just started working with Rita. She has been on top of everything. She immediately understood what I was looking for and has followed up very carefully. She is knowledgeable and delightful to work with. And, if she doesn't know something, she tells you and then gets back to you with the information. She's a top notch professional.

Sold a home in 2012.
Rita helped us find and purchase a home in the neighborhood we were looking to move into. She then helped us sell our home in the valley, which allowed the transition to occur as smoothly as moving possibly can.

Rita has been an amazing real estate agent. She is patient and very knowledgable. I have found her to be very honest with me. If she does not like a house for me she will point it out. I truly beleive that she has my best interest at heart. She is not pushy at all and she makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. I certainly will recommend her very highly.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Century City, Los Angeles, CA.
Rita is great with negotiations and has lived in the area for so many years that she understood my need for certain school districts and location. When my husband and I are ready to buy, I definitely plan to work with her to find and purchase our home.
