Showed home in 2013 in Wind Oaks Town Homes, Asheville, NC 28801.
Candy helped my mom buy two houses (quite a few years apart) and she is working with us to find our dream home now. We live out of state and she is going above and beyond to help us find something. We are looking all over Asheville at older, renovated homes and ones that need help. She has a great knowledge of neighborhoods, renovations and an eye for seeing a diamond in the rough - plus tons of patience! Candy definitely knows Asheville and I would highly recommend her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $200K in Asheville, NC.
I bought a house from Candy. She was so nice throughout the process. Also, after the house was sold and totally mine, I emailed her with some questions about some repairs that had been done on it. She quickly returned my email with the needed information. Simply put, Candy is good people.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Candler, NC.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $225K in Leicester, NC.
We were completely new to the Asheville are in 2007. We found Candy on the internet. She was fabulous to work with and helped us find our dream home. She puts her client's needs up front and works to find them the home of their dreams. I would use her services again in a heartbeat and whole heartedly recommend her!

Five years ago , I came to Asheville to start a new journey. Candy's expertise in the local real estate venue really turned out to be the greatest gift for a newcomer! I have purchased three homes with her professional assistance and have been pleased with all the transactions. Being a local lady ( born and raised) here is a real plus when inquiring about different neighborhoods. She is alot of fun and very pleasant with people. Her knowledge of the real estate "rules" helps in the transactions. She has become a close friend, and certainly I would recommend her services to anyone seriously looking to purchase or sell a home, condo, or commercial space.
