Thank you for taking the time to review my information. Just to let you know a little about me, I have been in the business over 10 years.  I have worked for large companies and small family brokers, doing everything from processing loans, to mananging mulit-million dollar credit lines.  My goal as your Loan officer is to earn your business for life, and gain the business of your friends and family for life as well. Most of my business is repeat customers, and referred clients. That lowers my advertising costs, and in return allows me to offer my customers lower rates and fees.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rates are subject to change until your rate is locked. Quotes are based on a 30 day rate lock. We have shorter and longer rate locks available so please call for details. Wether you choose us or any other lender, make sure you are provided with the proper disclosures. Credit conditions are really tight right now, so if you are familiar with the mortgage process, please expect the underwriting of your loan to be more thorough then has been in the past, and you may be required to send in documents you have never had to send in before.
