Rob was referred by someone on this site, and even though I ended up not refinancing, Rob was very easy to get in touch with, always very willing to answer any and all questions.Very easy going, extremely professional, and no pressure. With the fairly short term of my current loan, I came to the realization that I'm in a good position that really can't be improved upon much. Even after that, Rob offered to sign me up for a rate watch alert tailored to my specific needs, just in case a no cost refinance became an option at a lower rate. He is a very upstanding, honest man, and I highly recommend him.

Rob was great! Very helpful and provided me with several quotes (even knowing that I was not even sure if I wanted to proceed). He gave me all the information I needed to do an analysis.

Rob responded very quickly. We are not looking to make an immediate purchase, but wanted to find out what sort of quotes we'd get. Given that we'd stated that we were not going to be an immediate customer I was impressed with how quickly we got a response. We will certainly follow-up with Rob when we're ready to proceed.

out of all the quotes, his seems to be the most reasonable. I am personally not interested in seeing someone quote me the lowest rates and fees but the most HONEST rates and fees. I know if someone isnt quoting much in the way of closing costs AND a super low rate, you're going to be in for a big surprise at the signing table.
