Today's buyers and seller's want information. They want it now and they want it free. They like doing research on their own and don't want to be contacted by an agent until they are ready to do so.More Less
I hear you!
As I am sure you are aware, the internet has dramatically changed the way we buy and sell homes. Many agents hold true to the old ways and resist embracing the new technology. I take the other approach. I firmly believe that those that are not up to date on the latest and greatest technology are not providing the best service available to their clients.
I have made a commitment over the past several years to keeping myself as current as possible with technology that will help me find you buy or sell your home, for the best price, with the least hassle in a time frame that is best for you.
My web site is an extension of that philosophy. I was frustrated, as I am sure you may have been as well, with the lack of helpful agent web sites out there. I spent days combing through other agent sites trying to find ones that I like. Unfortunately, while many do a great job of making the agent look good, they don't provide a lot of useful information to the consumer.
Two years ago I received my Internet Marketing Specialist designation. From listing your home for sale on the most appropriate and most used web sites, to providing all the latest in formation about neighborhoods and housing trends, I see it as my responsibility to provide my clients with the best resources available.
Toward that end I am actively involved in a variety of on-line pursuits. From blogging to participating on consumer message boards on sites such as Trulia and Zillow, I make a concerted effort to be a tech savvy agent.
