Summary:

Rob is an excellent agent. He was very knowledgable about the current market and very honest. Always prepared and more than willing to take extra time and go out of his way to ensure that I was seeing what I wanted to see. He offered no illusions and did not try to sell anything that was unrealistic or out of my price range. I would use him again in the future to buy a home and also to sell. Also, he is very well organized and does a wonderful job of breaking down the complicated process of buying a home so that the buyer is left with no confusion and fully understands what happens during this process.
