      Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Hamburg, NJ.
      John Leavitt was our broker for 2 house sales, and also as our buyer broker when we were house-hunting. John always made whatever time was necessary to see as many houses as possible. If you're selling a house, he gives you a very honest assessment of what needs to be fixed or done to sell your house, and is very accurate with market pricing. He often hosts a broker-only luncheon at your house, to expose you house to as many local brokers as possible before putting it on the market. When buying a house, he can immediately spot flaws in houses and gives you an estimate of what financial impact such a flaw would have on a bid or in a repair if you purchase that house.       I met John 6 years ago when I was looking for commercial property to buy. He never pressured me and always kept me in mind when a property came on the market that I might be interested in. His knowledge and immediate responses to my requests impressed me so much that when I had 2 commercial properties to sell, I called him immediately. He has his finger on the pulse of the local commercial and residential markets. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. He has given me excellent advice of how to prepare my properties for sale. He helped me to realize exactly what I wanted to get out of my properties. The market has changed so much I didn't even know what my properties were worth.
