I would highly recommend Rob He's very knowledgeable about the Charlotte market, and quick and thorough when it came to working up comps to help us decide what's a fair offering price. His past experience working with a homebuilder came in really handy when we zeroed in on new construction. He was always easy to reach and eager to help, and was excellent when it came to pointing out the small details of homes and deals that could come back to bite you if you weren't careful. All in all, we came to feel like we had a real expert working for us as we got down to that all important negotiation stage where you're actually trying to hammer out a deal. I don't think it's an accident that we wound up with a great house at an excellent price. I've got nothing but good things to say about Rob's work on our behalf.

Rob is exceedingly patient. He worked very hard to help us find the right house, even meeting a contractor to help us make a house we liked the house we loved. He suggested things that mattered to me before I was aware of them. He is very detailed and works to make sure his clients needs are attended. I was setting up a self directed IRA and met Rob at a town house community in Mooresville. Rob was very knowledgable with the real estate market and the rental market. Although I was unable to purchase a town house from Rob, he was very helpful and answered all of my questions and dealt with me in a very professional manner.
The legal requirements of a self directed IRA created problems that could not be satisfied in a timely manner and it was in my best interest to not proceed with the purchase. Rob was very helpful during the entire process.
