They were very through with the details of my loan and any concerns I had were
quickly addressed. They responded to my questions right away and most importantly
they were very easy to talk to which made the whole process for me relatively stress

I was introduced to Robert Stark from a work colleague of mine who had refinanced her home and she said he was really really good. I took the plunge and decided to call as my interest rate was crazy high. He checked my numbers and said it wasn't the right time but he would get back with me when the interest rate was right. Thanks to Robert and his staff I have a new loan from FHA to Conventional which I am absolutely grateful for. I will be telling my friends and colleagues that Robert Stark from Monarch Capital Home Loan does his job by putting the customer as his number one priority always.
