I moved to New Mexico in 2003 and immediately fell in love with the State's natural beauty, history and culture, so much so that now I can't imagine living anywhere else.

Originally from the UK, I have lived and worked all over the world, mostly in the travel industry. I am experienced with dealing with relocations and to add to my selling and buying properties experience, I own and operate vacation rentals here in New Mexico.

Having lived in France for 15 years, I am fluent in French and have helped many French speakers with their real estate needs.

    Showed home in 2014.
    Although Robert had mistakenly thought our initial meeting was for the following day, he still made it to our meeting after a reminder phone call. He was apologetic and offered a monetary compensation if we ended up purchasing a house with his help. Beyond that he went out of his way to show us some homes, tracked down information and shared a LOT of information about the area and things we would need to be aware of if we were to purchase in that area. We definitely have kept his card and contact info in case we pursue purchasing a home in the Albuquerque area.  MoreLess

    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Thomas Village, Albuquerque, NM.
    House hunting with Robert Devine is an adventure..;); Robert proved to be very knowledgable about areas, pricing as well as condition of the countless homes we looked at before I found a home that fit my needs. If you are leery of realtors just wanting to make their commission as fast as possible you should go with Robert. His clients' interests definitely come before his own…he dissuaded me from buying several homes pointing out structural problems that would lead to costly repairs in the future.
