I cannot say enough great things about Robert. We went through a very long (and at times, frustrating) home buying and negotiating process and Robert was calm throughout the entire ordeal. He kept us focused and was always able to find the positive in every situation. Robert is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I never doubted that he had our best interests at heart. We were fortunate to have him as our agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home in the area!

I have bought and sold a number of properties and dealt with dozens of realtors in the past. I highly recommend Robert and consider him to be one of the best I've worked with over the years. He was readily available, knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout the process. He went the extra mile by searching for properties, setting up showings and meeting on weekends and evenings to accommodate my work hours. He has a great deal of knowledge and is always willing to share information and give an honest opinion. He is skilled at researching and assessing value and bargaining for the best price. Some realtors I worked with in the past either failed to understand the importance of these steps in saving me money or were motivated to secure a quick commission. I felt as though Robert got the job done with respect for my preferences, schedule and interests rather than his own.

One of his greatest strengths is his detailed knowledge of construction. Many realtors know how to value a house based on external appearance but Robert has an excellent understanding of construction quality and risks which may affect property value. He thoroughly understood the inspection report and was able to explain potential issues himself and/or recommend and line up experts according to my request/need. He never pushed a referral or imposed his opinion but he was always open to answering questions and helping me understand a wide range of issues.

Robert is the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many good ones so far in buying other homes before I met Robert. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for in a very short period of time, and pointed out the pros and cons of each house and its area and neighborhood and allowed us to make our choice without any pressure. He dedicated full days for us, even on Sundays and New year's holiday, that is how dedicated he is. He is easy to find and communicate with, and is available 24/7. He treated us like family, and went much further than we expected in helping us with the loan officers, the title company, insurance companies, and finding contractors for repairs and personally checking on the quality of work they did, preparing the house for rent, and answering any questions we had. We are first time home buyers and Robert made the process very easy and even fun. He responded to e-mails at all hours and had no problem showing us as many houses as we wanted to see. He was also very honest and knew a lot about the house buying process as well as just houses in general. My wife and I would strongly recommend him to anyone!!!

I bought my first house in San Antonio a year ago now. I went thru a program called NACA which was a non-profit organization. The process was very complex and contankerous at times but Robert got me thru it all. Robert helped me thru the process and knew what NACA was going to need and what needed to happen. I appreciated his expertise and knowledge. I have been so impressed with his skills, that I will be using him again for future real estate purchases!
