We met Robert through zillow. He was friendly, approachable and responsive among the agents we contacted. Robert always had time to show us any property of our choice. We found, he had very good local knowledge and history. He would walk into a property, and literally describe everything about it such as the builder and their rating, quality of materials used, whether the kitchen/bathroom is original design or renovated, benefits and pitfalls of things, style, etc. We were quite impressed. After few showings, we decided to make him our buyer's agent.

He always had honest opinions. He'd suggest you keep looking when something isn't right including the price, neighborhood. He patiently showed us homes anytime weekdays/weekends day or night. Especially in current sellers' market, one needs to pounce on a good property as soon as it hits the market. We found on many occasions, a property would appear and go under contract within few hours. It was a big learning curve for us as first time home buyers and at times frustating. However, due to his diligence, we end of winning a bidding war among many potential buyers on a beautiful home with granite slab in kitchen, stainless steel appliances (negotiated), nice big backyard with awesome patio and mountain views. It was the best among all the houses we saw in 2 months in our price range.

Robert guided us in each and every step after contracting the house including inspection and resolutions, lender fees negotiations, asking seller's agent for all the important documents and reviewing them carefully, etc. He was always there with us on every important occasion. We were so dependent on him that we would not sign anything without hearing his opinion. On the day of closing, during the final walk of the house, we found few holes in some walls that the owner had made for wall mounted TVs. Robert took control of the negotiation and helped us get the fund to fix the walls at the time of closing.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience with him, and we were more than glad to have him as our realtor.…MoreLess
