I am a Social Worker at St. Anthony's Hospital and have been attempting to locate the landlord of a very sick patient that was concerned about the status of the house she rents. This person was not able to remember her landlords name or the name of the rental company. Mr. Austermann's contact information popped up on Zillow when I entered the address and I called him to try to get any help I could. He listened to what I was trying to do and graciously agreed to help me. He was nice, taking his valuable time to look up the property in his database and provided me the contact info. I was able to call the rental company and they agreed to work with our patient so she would not lose her apartment as she recovered in the hospital. Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 in Saint Louis, MO.
I recently purchased a home in the St. Louis area thanks to the help of Robert. He was very easy to work with and never pushed me to buy. I started working with him about a year before I finally found the house that was right for me. Once we found the house he went to work getting the right price for me.
