Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 in Saint Louis, MO.
I recently purchased a home in the St. Louis area thanks to the help of Robert. He was very easy to work with and never pushed me to buy. I started working with him about a year before I finally found the house that was right for me. Once we found the house he went to work getting the right price for me. He stayed on top of all the paperwork and help keep me organized. Overall I would recommend Robert to anyone who is looking for home in the St. Louis area. When I go to buy my next home he will be the realtor I choose.

The entire process with Robert went better than I thought it would. He was very thorough in every detail throughout every step of the way. He was also very responsive whenever I had a question, and I had many. For my first time home-buying experience, I'm glad I made the choice going with Robert.

Sold a Single Family home in 2001 in Benton Park West, Saint Louis, MO.
Robert helped us sell a property that we were having a difficult time selling. He also helped by daughter and her husband find their house. He is honest, trustworthy and dependable. More importantly, he has a good grasp of the market place. Whenever I need an agent, I always call Robert and I have referred him to my friends.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Lindenwood Park, Saint Louis, MO.
My husband and I have been doing rehabs for 20 years, and at first we tried selling our own finished homes, but we didn't have the experience or the contacts, so we called Robert Austermann, since we had bought a few homes from him in the past, and he has proved to be very impressive to us. He is expecially great at responsiveness. Just this past month he listed our finished rehab and it has a contract already. We have used Robert for around 20 years.

Mr. Austermann is an excellent realtor to deal with. He was extremely helpful in helping us find our home! He was very quick to submit our offer and quick to give us the counter. We would recommend him to anyone!
We liked the fact that we gave him our "wish list" and the areas we were interested in buying and he targeted those specifically.

Sold a home in 2010.
Thirty years ago, when I was entering the Air Force I hired Robert to sell my home. Within a short period of time he listed, showed and sold it for a great price. Since he did all the work, it freed me up to get ready for a big move overseas.
I retired from the Air Force in 2009 and returned to St. Louis, and after settling in, I decided to buy (even though the real estate market was extremely poor). My immediate decision was to use the same realtor who had helped me so long ago, and miraculously he was still in business. If anything, he was even more knowledgable of the local area, had grown in the expertise needed in the changing field of real estate and was eager and happy to help. We found the perfect house, and I'm thrilled with the job he did for me.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Saint Louis, MO.
Mr Austerman has assisted me in purchasing and selling homes over the last 8 years. He is a true professional and gentleman. His experience and expertise are hard to match. In the past, I have referred him to others without hesitation, and will continue to due so. It would be very difficult to find someone more accommodating in the Real Estate field.
