I met Robert circuitously at a time that I only needed to fill a rental property. I knew he wan't involved in that aspect of real estate, but he offered his services at no cost to us just to be helpful. When I did sell properties at a distance, he was helpful in getting good agents. Finally, we're selling a house nearby and he's been very, very helpful, especially during the rehabbing process, giving specific advice about the best improvements, let alone getting a professional decorator to give direction for color schemes to match the unchangeable, such as neighbors, roof, etc. The house is now on the market and he's been very attentive to detail and responds to all inquiries promptly. If he can't do something directly, he'll get able assistance for us. All in all, I think he's not only an excellent, hard-working real estate agent, but a very nice, personable, intelligent man.
