We at Union have systems in place to streamline the mortgage process making it easy for the Buyers, Realtors, or Anyone else involved in the transaction.
*Everyday we have a call back system to call on the clients to gather their documents. This system constantly keeps us on top of the buyer in order to get them pre-approved.
*Once we gather all the documents necessary tailored to the borrowers specific situation. We will issue a pre-approval letter at that point.(we just do not handle them out without examining the file like if it was already going to the bank. This saves everyone involved in the transaction a lot of time).
*Once the loan is submit to a lender we will provide everyone involved an expectation letter. This letter will have everyone on our team that is working on the file direct contact numbers and emails (We provided accountability and availability with this letter).
*At point the file is in processing everyone (buyer,listing agent,selling agent, Title company, etc.) will receive a Tuesday Status report from the processor assigned to the transaction. This Status Report will provide important dates and what days certain conditions been resolved.
