Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Perkasie, PA.
Rob was wonderful to work with. We originally planned on going it alone, without an agent. I was on Zillow one evening and requested information on a house. Rob called in a matter of minutes. We met with him a couple days later and liked him so much we decided he would be great to work with.
Rob's responsiveness is amazing. He was available when we wanted him to be and gave us space when we needed it.
Bottom line: Rob is our go to guy when we are in the real estate market. I look forward to next time we work together.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Quakertown, PA.
Rob is amazing! I will use him again when I go to sell my house. He provides great attention to your specific requests and gave great advice about the area. He always had my family's best interest in mind.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Horsham, PA.
Rob was great! He was careful about the homes he presented to us in the search, and only showed us what fit our criteria. He was knowledgeable about the whole process, helping us step by step. We were first time home buyers and Rob made us feel at ease about the process and helped us make the right decisions. I would highly recommend him to any (and I do!).

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Gilbertsville, PA.
My husband and I were first time homebuyers and met Rob through one of his listings we were interested in. As first timers, we had a ton of questions through the entire process and Rob was incredibly patient with us and guided us the entire way. We definitely would not have felt as comfortable and confident buying our first home if it wasn't for Rob. From recommending us to a mortgage lender, home inspector, etc, Rob helped in any way he could. His experience, knowledge and negotiating skills were all stand out qualities that anyone would want in their agent! 3 months after closing on our new home we couldn't be happier! Rob helped us to find the home that was a perfect fit!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $350K in Wynnewood, PA.
Rob was great as our buyer's agent. He spent a number of weekends with us looking at houses and always offered insightful advice about each place we looked at. Rob was also instrumental in negotiating favorable terms for us when we finally decided to make an offer. As first time home buyers, my wife and I felt in good hands with Rob and if we decide to move, we certainly intend to have Rob as our agent.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $400K in Chester Springs, PA.
Rob helped us find our first home in Delaware County in 2005 ... sell that starter home in 5 days in 2009, and he helped us find our existing home in Chester County in 2009. In each transaction, Rob was extremely helpful throughout the entire process - over the past six years, Rob got to know our likes and dislikes - he understands our thought process and we trust his opinions.
We have recommended Rob to two friends and both have purchased homes with Rob. We would not hesitate to recommend him again.

Rob was incredibly helpful and patient during our home-buying experience. He went above and beyond, returned phone calls/emails promptly, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Wynnewood, PA.
Rob was really great to work with. We were first time home buyers and weren't quite sure of what we wanted. He persevered even after we changed our price and location search parameters. He sincerely wanted us to find a home that we'd love, and we certainly did! And he's a lot of fun to spend time with while house hunting.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $350K in Downingtown, PA.
Mr. Wolfson served us on four transactions: Two purchases (including our first home), and two sales. He even performed the research and connected us with an excellent agent cross-county, when we moved from Eastern PA to Houston, Texas.
Rob takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs, he counsels them on the entire process and listens to their concerns. He makes himself available to answer any questions or concerns you have and helps you sort out your thoughts.
He was by our side from the sale of our house to the purchase of our new house and beyond! Working with Rob was easy and stress free - that is huge for a woman who made settlement and moved when she was 8 months pregnant!
I would gladly and do recommend Rob to anyone buying or selling a home. I cannot say enough good things about Rob and everything he has done for my family! Thanks again Rob!
