I would honestly recomend this agent, as he is a very hard working, full time agent. I have worked with agents in the past who did not provide the attention or results that a home seller wants and needs. Robert was very "busy" trying to sell my house, and was successful in doing so. He is dedicated to his job, as well as his clients. He kept in constant contact with me and provided a great deal of information to keep my property in a competitive position for the market. Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $100k in Paces, Atlanta, GA.Summary:
Robert Rogers is an amazing agent! He knows the business and he knows what it will take to sell a property depending on location.
Having used the services of another agent prior to signing on with Robert, and having had little foot traffic during all those months, I was not very hopeful that I would be able to sell my condo. Condos, afterall, are a dime a dozen in Atlanta. However, Robert is a real go-getter and he had a buyer for my property in no time.
After the sale of my condo, Robert sold my new husband's townhome. He amazed me again! There were numerous townhomes for sale in my husband's complex but Robert was able to find a buyer for that property as well.
Now, my husband and I are enjoying a new home, again thanks to Robert's knowledge of the local real estate market and his awesome negotiation skills.
