Robert helped me sell my townhouse in 2012. We listed my home in January and I had a contract in two weeks! Robert came to me with current market information and also information on what had sold and what was listed in my area - townhouses comparable to the size and location of my house. Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Smyrna, GA.Summary:
I would honestly recomend this agent, as he is a very hard working, full time agent. I have worked with agents in the past who did not provide the attention or results that a home seller wants and needs. Robert was very "busy" trying to sell my house, and was successful in doing so. He is dedicated to his job, as well as his clients. He kept in constant contact with me and provided a great deal of information to keep my property in a competitive position for the market.
