My fiancé and I just recently purchased a home with Roberta and we could not say enough great things about her and our experience. Roberta’s professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of the industry quickly earned our complete trust and we were so thankful we had her to guide us through this process. Roberta was a great listener and really took time to understand what our needs were and helped steer us in the best direction. Being first time homebuyers and also being new to the area, we had a lot of questions and Roberta was always patient and understanding. This was a huge learning curve for us, and we were so lucky to have her guidance and advice. Roberta always went above and beyond for us. For example, we ended up signing our HUD at 8pm at night via notary at home, and Roberta made sure to meet us and be there to look over the lending contract and ensure that any of our questions were answered. For this we were very grateful! Overall, Roberta made what could have been a very stressful process fun, exciting, and stress-free. We would recommend her to anyone whether you are looking to purchase or sell your home. She was a joy to work with and we look forward to working with her again on our future transactions.

Working with Roberta during the purchase of my house in May of 2012 I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional. We had some very unique pre and post closing challenges with the seller and the sellers agent that Roberta was very instrumental in getting resolved. One that even required me to file a lawsuit in small claims court against the seller. If not for Roberta's knowledge of the industry and her advice I would have been left with a very large expense that any new homeowner can ill afford to have.
