Bought a home in 2014 in Clover Creek, Newcastle, WA 98056.
My Husband and I were first time home buyers. Robin was highly recommended to us from a family friend who is in the business and was quotes as "Best in the Business!" We are extremely grateful to have had the chance to work with Robin. She walked us through every step of the home buying process in great detail. Teaching us what to look for a long the way, what the many many confusing paperwork meant down to each clause. Encouraged us to review again on our own and answered any and all questions to where we had not a single doubt in the world as to what we were getting ourselves into. Our experience working with Robin was invaluable!

It was so much fun to be find you your new home and to be of service along the way! I pride myself on making the process as joyful as possible, so that you can really reflect on the experience and find yourself smiling!
Robin was simply a fantastic realtor to work with. I was initially a little skeptical when she told me that houses normally list with her for an average of only 45 days. But within 10 days of putting my house on the market we had a viable offer that she skillfully negotiated, and we got the full price we asked for, in spite of their being two other lower-cost houses for sale on the same street. Robin was also just terrific and supportive about stepping me through the whole process, helping advise on what work was necessary to make my house exceptionally salable, not just average. I truly believe that this really helped us make such a quick sale at full price. She was also exceptionally responsive in her communication and kept the whole process moving quickly, which I really valued. I highly, highly recommend her.

Thank you so much for your review, Mi Ae! It was a true pleasure to work with you.
Actually, for 2013 the average days on market for all of my listings was 22 days. We had 100% success rate from listings placed under contract to listings closed. And 97% of all the listings I brought on the market ended up sold. I love what I do!

Robin was referred to us by a friend/coworker when we first moved to Seattle area. We lived in temporary corporate housing while searching for a new home. From the start, Robin not only showed us dozens of houses and neighborhoods, but also send us plenty of resources about local life, event, school district and travel info. She welcomed us to the northwest with her genuine personality and helpful and professional gesture. Robin is very knowledgable and when she does not know an answer, she always thrive and find it for us. We ended up buying a new construction house that was not built yet. Through out the whole buying and waiting process, Robin has always gone out of her ways to help us. She always does extra to make sure and confirm her clients get the most accurate information. She helped us each step of the way, sat through builder meeting with us, gave suggestions on floor plan change and made sure we get the ideal floor plan we wanted. She introduces us to her network of professionals: e.g. Lawyer to go through our contract. She sat down with us to go through the whole contract to explain each item that we did not understand fully before submitting. She talked to builder on our behalf on difficult issues. She was present at our final walk through prior to closing and raised a lot of important points about the new house to the builder to ensure all our bases were covered. Even after we have moved into our house for a few months, she continue communicated with builder to make sure the outstanding punch list items were being taking care of. She has carlendar reminder prior to our house's 1 year anniversary to remind us about home warranty expiring soon. Working with Robin gives you peace of mind, she is always there for her clients, I highly recommend Robin.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Robin! She helped us sell my father's house as a part of his estate and from start to finish, she worked diligently to reach our goal of selling my father's house quickly and for top dollar. Choosing Robin to be our realtor was the best decision we made!
When we first met, she laid out her plan for obtaining top offers. Her plan was detailed, actioned oriented, and it was clear she knew what she was doing. She kept our goal in mind and never once deviated.
Then she put her plan into action. She guided us every step of the way and her advice was spot on at every juncture. She stood by us at every turn, was on top of all the details and connected us with the professionals we needed to get the house ready for listing.
Once the house was listed, it was Robin's time to really shine and did she! Her plan worked to perfection. She established a 7 day bidding period and at the end of it we had received multiple bids, with several over our asking price!
All along the way Robin communicated with us, managed our expectations, was proactive, was sensitive to our estate situation and never stopped working to achieve our goal. Plus Robin is FUN!
I will use Robin's services again and I will recommend her to all of my friends & family. Robin has integrity, works hard, keeps her client's best interests in mind and has an established network of professionals that help her achieve the goals of her clients.

Not only has it been FUN working with Robin, it has been extremely rewarding. We are about to close on our first home as newlyweds. We were referred to Robin by one of our dear friends who had a long history of working with her. When we met Robin, we immediately knew we found an agent that knew what she was talking about (and there are a LOT out there that don't). We took our time searching for a home, and when we finally found the place (we only put an offer in on this one home), we moved quickly and Robin knew exactly how much/when/why/etc. We were in a multiple offer situation (we were NOT the highest offer!) and we got it. Since our offer has been accepted, Robin has been at our beck and call answering all of our questions about inspections, furnaces, negotiations, recommendations for moving companies, etc. We have appreciated how quickly Robin responds to our emails and phone calls, we never feel out of the loop on what's happening. Every time we speak with Robin, we know she is listening to us, and is communicating our needs to the sellers' agent. We LOVE Robin...now, if only we could afford another house, so we could continue to work with her.

Robin (practically) walks on water!!! Some people are born to certain careers, you can tell because they preform their role effortlessly, masterfully and gracefully. Robin was born to Real Estate. You couldn't ask for a better advocate on your side for buying, selling or both.
I would use her again in a heartbeat. I recommend her to all my friends and family because I know they will be taken care of with expert advice and advocacy. I was so confident of her skills I recommended her to my little brother who worked with Robin to purchase a bank owned property and advised him on becoming a property manager as he turned his previous home into a rental. And she advised my Aunt and Uncle as they were unsure what to do with my Grandfather's home after he passed. I have recommended her to countless others.
Other reasons to to go Team-Robin:
• My home sale was challenging since it was the result of a divorce which was not quite final. My spouse at the time was far less than cooperative. She worked not only as a mediator, but she kept us both focused and on task. She was deft at keeping us away from victim thinking or attacking each other.
• Her suggestions at how to improve and stage our home were spot on.
• She is knowledgeable - no detail went unaddressed.
• She is super responsive - following up swiftly and decisively.
• She taught me a ton about about the process and educated us both at every step. • Letting us each know separately what would (or needed to) happen next, keeping us in the loop through out the entire process.
• She is amazingly up beat and unflappable. Her positive attitude is contagious and appreciated!
• She is a catalyst! She surrounds herself with other proven winners - whether we needed landscaping help, interior staging advice, color suggestions from an interior designer, construction or remodel experts, mortgage lenders, etc. Her relationship with the professionals at the title company helped the process go smoothly and they worked tirelessly to keep things moving. Even when it looked like the sale might close while I was on a vacation in Mexico. Robin made contingency plans with me signing a power of attorney so she could represent me should she need to be responsive in my absence. She called only as needed, to keep in in the loop while traveling, but was respectful of my vacation.
• She spent our money like it was hers -- wisely and conservatively. Focusing on what would get us the biggest bang for our buck.
• She knows buyers and what they want as well as the best and least expensive way to get your property market ready.
• Lastly she is an incredible individual that serves as a beacon of light to me. She is a sort of mentor as to how I wish to conduct myself in this life -- with equal parts grace, tenacity, positivity and enthusiasm. (If you haven't figured it out by now, I'm a huge fan!)
Sold a home in 2013 in Woodmont Beach, Seatac, WA 98198.
Robin handled our Mother's home that was part of her estate with amazing skill and resources. From our original meeting onward, she provided leadership on what needed to be done, when it needed to be done, then she wasted absolutely no time getting it done.
Her contacts proved to work hard for her from obtaining comparables allowing us to set the correct price, title insurance, photography, escrow, etc. She has the support of an equally capable group of professionals when she calls on them.
She is a professional in every way, always taking time to explain the process, putting together a very detailed marketing plan, and coaching every step of the way on how to get the highest sales price.
Within the first week of listing, she brought us a purchase agreement well above asking price, then pushed the seller to complete closing all within a months time. Amazingly awesome.

I dealt with Robin on a somewhat complicated sale where she sold a rental house that was owned by an LLC with multiple members. She did a great job communicating with all the LLC members, a great job of marketing and presenting the home, and got us a great price.

I see Robin as a strategist. She is expert at aligning the right property with a client's exact needs (investment, family home, 2nd home, lifestyle, location, amenities etc.). When I started working with her I was prepared for the fatiguing experience of viewing endless listings, stretching over weeks. Robin explained that if that were the case, she wouldn't doing her job right. We looked at 3 (!) listings - all amazing, exactly what I was looking for and had all the required elements. We made a decision and are thrilled with our choice. Robin has a team that addresses every aspect of the supply chain - contractor, designer, painter, property manager and photographer. As soon as we made our choice, she brought in the team, turned me over to them and within short weeks we had a ready-to-go rental property RENTED. Robin is organized, strategic, highly professional and expert at putting the right person in the right house. I'm not the easiest customer (high standards, little time, etc.) and I would put Robin in front of any of my own clients or friends, Thank you Robin! Jen
