Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Aloha, OR.
Seems like giving five stars in every category would come off as a lazy answer for our Realtor, but Robin earned those stars. She was incredible in helping us find our home and answered all questions we had. She listened to our requests, offered suggestions and advice to the what's, when's, how's, etc. Working with Robin made our 'First Time Homebuying' experience an absolute blast. I would recommend Robin to any friend or family that may be interested in home ownership.
Robin is the BEST! I swear, this lady must never sleep, she was crazy fast with responses to every little question or request we ever had during the whole process! She never pressured us into anything, she just showed us houses that fit our criteria. The entire house-hunt was a pleasure thanks to her!

As a first time home buyer, Robin put me at ease during the entire process from start to
finish with her knowledge and her patience with the many questions I had. She took the time to go over anything that I didn't understand. She went above and beyond throughout this whole experience. Robin was always trying to make the whole process as smooth as possible. She even came to my job for a signature on some paperwork which made it easier for me. I felt like Robin was always thinking of me and trying to help in any way she could. Her professionalism in the handling of every transaction made me feel lucky to have her at my side. Thank you.

Any realtor can be rated on the categories listed here, but what you can't rate is the realtor's "other" qualities.
Robin would never admit it, but we were challenging clients. Her nearly infinite patience with our questions/concerns/inexperience, and her genuine care for our goals, helped make our sale such a success.
It's these "other" qualities that differentiate a good realtor from a GREAT one.
P.S. Oh, and her market research technical skills are off the charts.

As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect when my husband and I finally decided to purchase a house. We decided to turn to our friend Robin to guide us through the process and it turned out to be the best decision.
Though we spent a lot of time researching and shopping on our own, Robin was always available to weigh in on any property we found, often providing additional information and details that we would have never thought to look for or be wary of. From the home inspection to the final signing, she was patient with us when we we had questions, responsive when we needed answers and solid as a rock when we were overwhelmed by the paperwork and appointments.
When we are ready to move to a new home, we'll have Robin at our side again.

Robin has been a trusted friend for years. I thought I knew her pretty well, but through all this I've discovered just how patient and knowledgeable she really is! She is a credit to her profession!
When my husband and I decided it was finally time to move after 17 years in our, "starter" home, we looked to Robin as our first choice for a realtor. She was knowledgeable in showing us the ropes for buying and selling in today's market. It had been quite awhile for us!
Even though we were friends first, my husband and I were not easy clients! We had certain things we were sure we were looking for in a house. However, as the journey progressed we discovered that we really needed to change our goals to fit our needs and wants. Robin was understanding and never pushed us. She made herself available to fit our schedule to view homes. She spent long hours driving all over from Rhododendron to Scappoose and in the end we found the perfect match not far from where we were in Gresham!
Robin was timely in her communication in checking the status of properties, researching the details of properties, setting up viewing, answering our many questions, and when the time came, navigating the paperwork. Whenever we hit a bump, she seemed to know the right person to get in touch with, including the bank we ended up working with. We also appreciated her professionalism and her skill when working on negotiations with other agents. She has the right touch of class and grit.
I highly recommend Robin to anyone looking in the area for a home. Not only is she a pro, but she truly has your best interests in mind.

Robin was referred to us by a friend as were moving out of state. She was an island of sanity during a chaotic and stressful time.
This was our first house and house sale. She walked us through the process and explained everything that was going on. She was able to answer our questions and concerns and, "That's my job. Don't worry about it." She did her job. We didn't have to worry.
She clarified the reams of paperwork, took care of all the details while we were out of state and even out of country, and we got what we wanted out of the sale.
Robin knows what she's doing and was in constant communication so we knew as well.
