Bought a home in 2013.
Robyn listened to what I was looking for, helped me find two perfect houses and took the time to advocate for me during negotiations. In addition, she advised me who to contact for a top-notch, excellent inspector, a mortgage company that treated me fairly and honestly, contractors to look at particular issues and a legal advisor that helped me determine cost:benefit and what works in the real world. I would recommend Robyn to anyone I know who is looking and wants a true professional on their side.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $650K in Waterford, CT.
Robyn did a great job helping us sell our home in a tough market. Either she or her partner were at every single showing; we really appreciated their feedback. Promptly returned phone calls were the norm. Robyn knows the area well and did a great job marketing our property with frequent Open Houses and useful materials. She was very respectful of our home and was careful to leave it clean after showings and Open Houses. We would definitely work with Robyn again without hesitation.

It was a complete pleasure to have Robyn Wolman as my realtor. This task involved a variety of my emotions, specific criteria to abide by, and many home viewings to be truly present for. She was attentive, knowledgable, and considerate for all my needs and concerns throughout the entire process of finding the ideal place to live. My young son and I are very happy to be in our new home, in this location, and fortunate to discover that Robyn is a true friend whom we are blessed to have in our lives.

Our experience with Robyn was exceptional. She is extremely diligent and professional . Trying to sell our home while living out of state would have been difficult had it not been for Robyn She went above and beyond to help us. Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I are newly moving to CT and buying a house. We found Robyn on the zillow website, and we couldn't be happier. Though we weren't sure what to expect (we are buying our first house), Robyn made the process as easy and smooth as possible. We have recently closed, and are extremely happy with our purchase, and the whole experience. Robyn consistently went out of her way to help us, accommodated our crazy schedules, and was always timely and professional. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable. We could go on and on with all the details, but the bottom line is that Robyn is wonderful, and we highly recommend her!!

Sold a home in 2011.
It is my pleasure to express gratitude for the the work that was done by Robyn Wolman, during the sale of our late fathers condominium. Robyn helped us through the process in a very professional manner, and presented herself as a skilled real estate agent. Robyn was very easy to communicate with, and quick to respond to our emails and phone calls.
With the loss of our father, this was a sad and difficult time for our family. We truly appreciate Robyn for having shown real concern and compassion. Also, In a difficult real estate market, Robyn went above and beyond in working to get the condo sold. I don't know that we would have sold it at this point without her relentless commitment.
It will be easy to recommend Robyn Wolman as real estate agent to anyone who is looking to sell a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in New London, CT.
Robyn was a delight to work with, pleasant, helpful, and willing to help us find other professionals (inspector, lending agents, closing attorney, electrician). I would not hestitate to recommend her to others looking to buy or sell a home in the southeastern Ct area. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Waterford, CT.
We have worked with Robyn for about 4 months, from the beginning we felt very comfortable dealing with her. Selling our home is very emotional, and Robyn understood that. She has done everything we could have asked for to help sell our house. Although we have not sold yet, its not a reflection on her, its the market that is just so volatile.
We would recommend Robyn in a heartbeat, and feel she personifies what a great Real Estate agent is.

Robyn is highly professional in her approach to her business. She is very knowledgeable and when she doesn't have an answer at hand, she researches the issues systematically and responds promptly. She offers honest opinions to her clients even when they are not pleasant to hear. She has extensive market knowledge and shares it willingly. In short, a gem of a broker.
