Ratings & Reviews

Rodney is truly a go getter. He is expedient, honest, and has great enthusiasm for what he does. My home was listed with multiple agencies and on the web in October of 2013 and was sold within 6 weeks. Any issues that arose during the sale of the home was taken care of immediately. I was always in the loop and kept abreast of what was going on with the sale of the home. I appreciated the enthusiasm he showed during the entire time, he kept me assured that the home would be sold.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in San Antonio, TX.

I have worked with three realtors in my life, and Mr. Green was by far the most attentive, understanding, and effective one. I purchased my first home in 2007. I was in a hurry to buy a home and was not an experienced home buyer. My realtor then was a very kind young man. However, he was new to San Antonio and had no idea about the areas in town. I told him what I wanted and a general area. Looking back, I probably could have bought a nicer home in a nicer area for the same price. In 2011, I was given notice that I would be losing my contract in the beginning of 2012. I easily found employment, but had to accept a $10K pay cut. After a few months, I came to the realization that I wouldn’t be able to continue my children’s Catholic education with my new pay. The area I lived in was low income. While I did love my home, the schools and the district were academically low rated and had a high crime rate. In June, I decided I needed to sell my home and buy a nicer one in a better area. I researched all the schools in San Antonio to find the areas that had high rated schools from elementary through high school. I found four areas that were acceptable, and called Mr. Green. Mr. Green was straight forward about my home at the time. It was going to be a hard sell because I still owed quite a bit on it, and it wouldn’t sell as fast as I needed it to (before the new school year began). Mr. Green suggested renting the home and pointed me in the right direction. He helped me so much that he expedited the entire rental process. At the same time, Mr. Green informed me of specials on newly built homes. It was something I had considered, but was unsure. He showed me a handful of homes, and they each had something I wanted, but not all together in one home. I was impatient and was about to settle on one house and he insisted we continue looking. Sure enough, I fell in love with the very next house. While the home salesman didn’t seem to think I could afford the home, Mr. Green did not let me feel hopeless. He knew that was the home my heart was set on and the area was perfect. Mr. Green negotiated a lower price on the new home and still kept all the incentives even without using the broker required to receive those incentives. We began the paperwork, and selected a broker. Unfortunately, the broker we selected was inexperienced and misleading. Mr. Green fought for me to, not only get what was promised from the broker, but to take my business away from them and to a broker he had worked with before and trusted. It was no time before his recommended broker put me into the new home. It took an extra month because of the switch in brokers. But, had it not been for Mr. Green’s attention to my purchase, I know I would not have this home. Any other realtor would have said, “Let’s try a more affordable home”. I probably would have said “Okay” and bought a home I wasn’t as happy with. I have been in my home just over a year now. The payment of this home, in a very nice area with great schools, is $100 more than my previous home in a low income neighborhood with very low academically scored schools. I was able to purchase this home making much less than I was with my first home purchase. I wish I had met Mr. Green in 2007. I know I would have spared myself several headaches. I hope you elect to work with Mr. Rodney Green; you will not be disappointed at all. I was so very grateful to be blessed with his help!  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Cibolo, TX.

My experience with Mr. Green has always been on a professional basis from day one. He has not gone above and beyond for me only but for others as well. He takes his time to explain the process of buying and selling a home. I know being a realtor is hard work but he makes it look easy. I would highly recommend Mr. Green to new buyers in the area.  More Less
