Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Bloomfield/Allen, Des Moines, IA.
Rodney was wonderful! He was patient, intelligent, very responsive and was so helpful. As first time home buyers, he guided us through the process very well and was always very responsive to our questions. He assisted us in negotiating a great deal on our home.
While we were completing our final walkthrough of the home, a freak occurance happened and the sump pump became unplugged and a drain clogged in the basement. He had a plumber at the house within an hour and stayed late and made sure that everything went smoothly and was fully repaired. He coordinated carpet cleaning and repairs to make sure that the house was clean and dry by the time we moved in. He attended our closing with us and even followed up after we took possession to make sure everything was fine.
He went the extra mile for us, and so we definitely will be using him again.…More Less

Sold a home in 2012.
I received Rodney's name from a good friend of mine, and boy am I glad I did! Rodney sold my house in a month's time this past summer and sold me another house on top of that, last summer. Rodney is a great agent and friend to have. Low pressure, and all around great guy!
