Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Taylorsville, NC.
Roger Johnson assisted me with professionalism, knowledge, and in a timely and courteous manner. He worked very hard and managed to move my property from a "short sale" situation to a regular sale. He kept me very well informed and demonstrated a thorough knowledge of all steps from listing to close. If I ever have the opportunity to recommend his services, I will do so with no reservations.

Roger worked with us every step of the way! We were moving to another state, we had never sold a house before, and we were worried about selling while the market was not doing so well . He went room to room with us and told us what we could do in each room to "declutter". Within one week of being on the market, we had a contract. The people backed out a couple days later (for reasons we still do not know) and we got very discouraged. Roger assured us another person was meant for our house. Every week people looked at our house, and three months later is was sold! He always answered all of our questions and kept us informed of everything even when we already left for our new home In another state. He went above and beyond to make sure our house was ready for showings because we could not be there to get it ready. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a realtor who really cares about your family and what you need!

After having a horrible experience with two other realtors, we found Roger Johnson with Century 21 and he immediately was working on our behalf to get our house sold. We were days away from foreclosure and his expert negotiating skills got our house sold just in the nick of time. I have never seen a realtor work so hard with such success. Roger was professional and skilled and honest from the beginning all the way to the end. I have nothing but good to say about him. If you need a house sold, Roger is your man.

Roger Johnson represented me both as a buyers' agent and as a sellers' agent. He was very helpful in helping me find the best house for the amount of money I was willing to spend. As a listing agent he is very knowledgeable in marketing techniques to sell a home. I would highly recommend Roger to any one looking to buy or sell a home.

Roger if very knowledgeable in real estate, RE marketing, and the legal principles and practices of RE. I appreciate Roger's attention to detail and his determination. Roger is a straight shooter and takes a no-nonsense approach to real estate. You may not like what he has to say, but it will be the truth and probably what you need to hear. If you are serious about buying or selling some real estate and want someone who will be honest and not play games, then Roger is the person you need to talk to. I like the fact that Roger is creative and offers services that most other agents don't. Give Roger a call, you will be glad you did.

I have bought and sold 6-7 houses in my life, and never have I been so pleased with a realtor. Roger Johnson is the best realtor I have encountered as a buyer or a seller in 15 years of buying and selling houses. He is smart, straightforward and friendly, all of which are necessary to be successful in today's real estate market. My house sat on the market for 6 months before I found Roger, and it went under contract in less than 8 weeks. In this market, that speaks volumes to his professionalism and talent.
From his initial comping/pricing suggestions, community knowledge, to home staging expertise and negotiating skills, he is the best I've found in the business.
