Mr. Sikka is very knowledgeable on real estate status in the entire areas including Union City, Hayward, San Leandra and Fremont. He also has a team of professional contractors who do excellent works on fixing and remodeling houses with very reasonable costs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $550K in Cherry-Guardino, Fremont, CA.

We were first time home buyers and used Rohit and his father Anil as our agents. When we went to write the offer, they were extremely patient with us and spent over 4 hours explaining the process, specifics of the documentation, pitfalls to watch out for and answered each and every one of our questions. Our offer was accepted and they held our hands every step of the way. We felt as if we were their only clients with the amount of attention they paid to us. Our home was not a high value purchase in the scheme of the Bay Area but they treated us as if it were a multimillion dollar sale. They were efficient, fast, resourceful and very knowledgeable. When we had an issue towards the end (no fault of Rohit and his dad) they both stepped up and helped us find a resolution. They also helped us negotiate with the seller for some fixes. We couldn't be more pleased with them and thank them wholeheartedly for helping us get our home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Newark, CA.

Last year he got this property for me after a very hard negotiations by going back and forth to the seller. Now he's helping me to remodel it also by offering his expertise. Always answers the call or returns the message promptly. I'm getting my brother to do business with him also, who is looking for his first house.

Rohit Sikka has been an absolutely excellent resource for us. He clearly loves his job. He is professional, dynamic, knowledgable, and indefatigable when it came to our property. He made us feel like we were his only client. He was on top of every issue and detail until it was satisfactory. Even when we were out of state he was in constant contact, and we were able to complete much of the paperwork electronically. Rohit has definitely earned our respect and repeat business.

Showed home in 2013 in Glen Eden, Hayward, CA 94545.

I met Anil this past year in his office for a meeting regarding one of his listings. I had originally seen him at an open house of his in Hayward by Mount Eden High School. First of all, he is a nice guy, and he has knowledge of the Hayward area. However, he was 1 hour late to our meeting, and he didn't answer his phone when I was calling him. And, his office - well it was messy, unorganized and unclean. There were papers everywhere (literally) with people's personal info, dirty dishes in meeting room, several trash bags were smelling, and no soap in bathroom. Aside from that negative impression of his office, I felt he was uninterested in our conversation about the home when he realized I was not a big time investor. So he showed up at his office an hour late and said he was late because he had guests at his house the prior night. We made some small talk, and he came across as experienced, kind and genuine. When we spoke about writing an offer on his listing, however, he told me the price I had in mind was too low - even though it was over asking price. He said I would have to go significantly higher than the market value of the home to get it. I mentioned to Anil that I was not interested in a bidding war, so he talked me out of writing an offer. Afterwards, the listing actually sat on the market for awhile since the interest rates were creeping higher and higher, and I felt my offer might have been competitive. But, I decided to renew my lease and wait out the hot market. Overall, I was unpleased with Mr. Sikka. He seems too busy and is involved with too many investors to help out a sincere homebuyer like me. Had Anil negotiated on my behalf, or taken interest in my situation, it would have been great. I feel his focus is solely with cash buyers and investors as per our conversation.

Sold a home in 2010.
