Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Ormewood Park, Atlanta, GA.
My home buying experience with Roman was nothing short of excellent. There are so many things I'd like to say about him. First and foremost, I am appreciative for his patience. It was many months from the time I saw my house until the time I was able to make an offer, and in that time he was constantly on top of things and kept me updated at every turn. Additionally, he is reliable and prompt in terms of showing up for appointments. I never felt rushed or pressured, in six months, when showing me properties. Finally, when I did make a decision he showed great urgency and skill in getting my bid submitted and accepted. At every turn his advice was well informed and effective. I truly cannot say enough good things about Roman. He is a class act.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 in Druid Hills, Atlanta, GA.
Excellent realtor. Was able to sell our home in 2 weeks! Roman is so competent and professional, he was able to make the daunting process of selling our home so easy for us while we lived out of state! He kept us in the loop every step of the way and even had great referrals for people we needed to hire to do some repairs. Roman will work around the clock to make sure you are satisfied, he is very detailed oriented and knows all the ins and outs of selling and buying a home. Our neighbors were so impressed with how quickly he sold our place (and the price he was able to get for it) they have all asked me for his contact information!

Sold a home in 2010.
Roman did an outstanding job through the entire process. Excellent communicator and provided immediate response to our questions during the process. We only with that we had found him sooner! Having purchased and sold three different homes, Roman is by far the most talented agent that we have had the opportunity to work with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Atlanta, GA.
I met Roman and his wife several years ago socially and immediately took a liking to both of them. I knew then that I would be calling Roman when it was time to buy my first home. After making an offer on a short sale and waiting over 4 months with no response from the seller's bank, I finally found my dream home in a foreclosure. Roman stepped up quickly and ensured that I didn't lose the property which had multiple offers. He is very knowledgeable, and has an easy going nature which I found to be very pleasant. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property!

Roman Teyf provided an excellent service for our cross country move. He supplied lot of listings meeting our criteria alowing us to choose a house best matching our wishes. He negotiated good price fitting our budget and made the closing process a breeze.

Roman, without a doubt, possesses all the characteristics that make a great agent. If you're looking for someone who is honest, reliable, experienced, and accessible then look no further. Purchasing a home is a tedious task but Roman has made our first home-buying experience an enjoyable one. It took us 4 months to find our dream home yet not once did we feel pressured into settling on a house. Be an informed buyer and chose your agent wisely. Give him a call to chitchat and you will know that you have found a trust-worthy agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $375K in Kirkwood, Atlanta, GA.
My husband and I hooked up with Roman on a recommendation from some friends that were currently using him as well. Even though our budget was vastly different from our friends - he was able to find us houses in the neighborhoods we wanted for a price we could afford. He tirelessly took use to see a ton of houses before we found the "right" one - that was a great deal!

I highly recommend Roman Teyf to anyone who is trying to buy a house. He is very easy going and never pushy. He really knows Atlanta and he will tell you the truth.
He was always available and on time. He will help with every aspect with buying the house. Right after we closed on our house, we had issues with the home. Roman stood by us and worked to make everything right. He is a great realtor! When I am ready to sell my house I will contact Roman. Roman thank you for everything.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Candler Park, Atlanta, GA.
I found Roman through Zillow, and from start to finish, to even after closing he exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asked. Roman is very knowledgeable and willing to help during the whole process, and he knows parts of Atlanta I had not even heard of yet. He was extremely flexible in meeting times, never cut our session short, and was eager to find the right house, and not just a house.
