Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $1.425M in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA.
James guided us through the cycle of preparation, listing, price adjustment, offer evaluation and sale at a very stressful time. We were making a major a life style change and the San Francisco real estate market was changing very rapidly. We would not have had a positive outcome without his guidance and support.

James Romeo Holloway's SF market knowledge is very strong. His communication skills are top-notch, as he is sincere, expressive, clear, and direct, which I find to be a rare set of attributes among RE professionals. I have worked with James on multiple deals and have always been impressed with his skill in helping me navigate the transactions' various challenges. As long as James is working in SF, he is far and away my top choice.
