Bought a home in 2011.
Very accommodating in showing us dozens of houses, some of them several times, on a schedule that fit our needs. Good in pointing out quality issues with houses, recommending a broad range of similar properties with many possible combinations of condition, size and price. Handled most of the details of inspections, paperwork, etc., and referred to an experienced lender. Seemed to understand S F Peninsula locations very well, with special expertise in Brisbane, where we eventually ended up. Also, he helped us rent out our previous place so that we would not have to sell in current market conditions. Sold a home in 2011.
Ron Davis and his staff is a pleasure to work with. They are always on point and respond to any of your emails/calls. Gives great real estate advice as well. i am definitely going to use them again in the future!

Bought a home in 2009.
We met Ron Davis in 2009 while he was representing the seller of a condo at "Viewpoint on the Ridge" in Brisbane, Ca. We were shopping for an investment property when we visited his open house and made an offer. Since we did not have a real estate agent at the time, we decided to use Ron to help us close the deal and perhaps save some money in the process. Ron impressed us with his professionalism in every way. He seemed to represent the seller first (expected) and once our offer was accepted, he did everything possible to facilitate the transaction for us.
In the last few months, we have considered selling our house and have asked Ron Davis' advice. He put a lot of work into digging up comparables. When we sat down to talk, he was well prepared. He seemed to give us honest advise that discouraged us from selling at the time, but honest advice all the same. We appreciate his approach. Ron also gave us a lot of other insights into other investment opportunities.
