Sold a home in 2012.
I will start by saying that there are far and way to few people like Ron. We met Ron years ago when he first started in the business. He like his business is professional, honest, fun, approachable and above all knowledgeable in his field. You can call, text, e-mail Ron practically anytime and he will get back to you, you never have to hunt him down to get an answer or to ask a question. Ron has not only become the ONLY realtor we would do business with, he has become a dear friend. Who needs State Farm when you have Ron Platt ;-)

Bought a home in 2004.
Ron showed up at my door about 8-10 years ago, and said "great to finally meet you, I was sent here by a very dear friend of yours to help you sell your house". I look at him and he appeard confident but also very friendly. I said " I am not selling my house, I am selling my home". He said "I know". It was a home that I shared with my love one, and it had alot of meaning. Lets make the story short. Ron was not only my realtor who conducted himself with incredible knowledage and professionalism, but sold my home quickly and for top dollar. Most importantly he all thr this emotional process, he held my hand, listened to my emotions, and at times when I was feeling weak he would just say "picking you up lets go get lunch" . He became not only my Realtor for Life, but my friend for life. I have since bought two more homes, and the experience has always been what only Ron can deliver; Incredible knowledge, professionalism, and yes he is quite a negotiator, but very importantly a very warm loving human being. I will never thank him enough for what he has done for me and how he has guided me. Thank you

It is a pleasure to recommend the services of Ron Platt. He assisted me in looking for a investment property/lot in the Plantation, Fl area. He showed me several houses and lots and was very patient with me throughout the search. He is a serious, honest and very capable professional despite of his youth; very punctual and also flexible to his client's needs. He did a fantastic job keeping me on schedule and ensuring that I received all of the necessary paperwork if I found a property/lot I was interested in. I had a lot of questions, and he always gave me security, hope and help with finding a solution or answer. I want to thank Ron for everything he did in helping find a investment property!

Helped me rent a home.
My experience with Ronald Platt real estate services was very satisfactory because the great communication we had, I let him know what I was looking for, It was my first time using a realtor to rent an apartment, I was looking for a one-bedroom apartment, my budget was low, I was hoping for something to not exceed my budget and in a very good location and Mr. Platt delivered, he showed me a couple of places but I felt in love when I saw the apartment, the price was perfect, pretty good layout and size, in a great location.
I have been think that I would like to buy an apartment in the future and I will gladly use Ronald Platt real estates services again without a doubt.
